3. Once the drawing is complete, we will send it to your email address within 24 hours. We also offer unlimited revisions, so you can make any changes or adjustments you want.

How can I send my photos to you?
You can easily send your photos by clicking on "Message Seller" or "Contact Seller" (below Store Owner avatar) and using the Upload icon to add your photos.
What is the processing time?
Our processing time is within 24 hours. You can expect to receive your digital drawing within this timeframe. However, we often deliver drawings between 6 and 12 hours.
What do I do if I need a revision?
We offer free revisions and are happy to make as many revisions as you want. Simply contact us at any time during the revision process to let us know your desired changes.

Will I receive a physical product?
No, we do not ship physical products. However, you can print your custom cartoon in any way you like.
Custom and personalized orders
Once your order is complete, we will upload your drawing to our system and send you an email with the drawing attached. If you encounter any issues viewing your drawing, simply message us again, and we will immediately resend it to you.
Sizing details
Upon completion, you will receive a high-resolution JPEG or PDF file that can be printed in any resolution up to size 25 x 35 inches(2400px x 3396px). If you need a file for printing on larger formats, just let us know, and we will happily provide it.
Can I add extra text or name to the drawing?
Absolutely! Just inform us of the name or text you want to include, and we will incorporate it into the drawing.
